Thank you for using Mellowy Land! Before using or accessing our site and placing your order, please read this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully. This document explains how we (the Mellowy Land Team) accept and process refund and return requests.
Most of our items are eligible for our 7-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof and request a refund.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.
- Once your request is accepted, you DO NOT need to return faulty or damaged items. We will send you an email for you to choose one of two options: a refund or an exchange, or for further discussion. We will continually process your request based on your responses. There is no charge for a refund or exchange. In case you choose to exchange, but the item sells out before your final decision, the exchange will default to a refund instead.
- Please report any lost packages to team@mellowyland.com within 30 days of the shipping date. If a package is not reported as lost within this timeframe, customer service will be unable to assist with a replacement or refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Products with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item for which a refund request was made more than 7 days after the delivery date.
Please note that Mellowy Land will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund posts.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
