Thank you for using Mellowy Land! Before using or accessing our site and placing your order, please read this Shipping Policy carefully. This document explains the amount of time you should expect to wait for your items to be shipped to you.

Orders can take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. Once your order has been placed, you cannot make changes or cancel it.

We have three types of items that differ in shipping time. They are:

  • Express Shipping Item: Products that are expected to be shipped to you in less than 10 business days (1.5 weeks). These are the fastest shipping items that we can provide.
  • Fast Shipping Item: Products that are expected to be shipped to you in 7-15 business days (1-2 weeks).
  • Standard Shipping Item: Products that are expected to be shipped to you in 10 – 20 days (1.5 – 3 weeks). We greatly appreciate your patience.

Please do not worry, as most of our products are fast shipping items.
The type of the item will be provided by us, and you will not be able to change it.
The type of the item will be indicated in its own product description, on each product page. Please review it before placing your order.
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when you enter your address.
Your order is important to us, and so to expedite the shipping, some items may arrive in separate packages.
Please do not worry, as most of our products are Fast Shipping Items.

We only ship to the United States for now. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and will keep you updated.

Our tracking system is currently undergoing maintenance and is not yet available for use. However, you may contact us to request your order tracking number so that you can track it yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We do not advise checking the contents of the package before accepting the shipment. You may accept it and email us later if needed. Please review and follow our 7-day refund policy.

Please report any lost packages to team@mellowyland.com within 30 days of the shipping date. If a package is not reported as lost within this timeframe, customer service will be unable to assist with a replacement or refund.
